In order to maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe business practice for ours salon employees, clients and guests, Gentle Nails employees reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to clients or guests. Service may be denied to any clients and guests who acts inappropriately by disrupting the normal provision of services, or if a guest’s behavior or threatens the safety of are employees, clients, or guests.
Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Unreasonable demands for service
- Threatening or erratic behavior
- Misrepresentation of the need for service
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Personally threatening and offensive language
Ours employees can exercise the right to refuse service when confronted by a guest acting inappropriately or when facing an unsafe situation. We‘re authorized to call the local authorities to ask for the patrons or guests to leave the building at once without biased to any ethnicity, genders, race, colors, pronoun, or religious.
